Hi there! I’m Raghuveer Dendukuri — a Technology Executive and Enterprise Architect with 21+ years pairing executive ownership of strategy and delivery with hands-on architecture. I’ve been a startup founder, Former COO and Interim CTO, and today I’m Enterprise Architect at Minfy, setting enterprise architecture and AI-First strategy across Banking, Aerospace, and Healthcare. I operate as the bridge between boardroom and build, with end-to-end architecture authority across 25+ applications and 35+ initiatives taken concept-to-ROI.

A few things I’m proud of: I authored the capacity plan and infrastructure architecture sustaining 70K+ UPI transactions/minute at 99.95% availability for a major PSU bank (DXC’s second-largest public-sector banking client) — advising bank executive leadership while coordinating architecture decisions across 100+ stakeholders spanning DXC and bank teams (predominantly infrastructure, with application architecture where it mattered). At Minfy I was Architect of Record behind the platforms that earned consecutive AWS Aerospace & Satellite Global Consulting Partner Awards (2024 & 2025), and I provide architectural governance across 10+ delivery engagements plus pre-sales across four regions (ANZ, Malaysia, US, India).

I’m a practitioner-architect who still builds at the infrastructure layer — 500+ hours of agentic development across open-source Rust and PHP projects (Aeon, Highper Gateway, Highper & Easeapp). My AI work is anchored in Sovereign AI: data residency, model governance, and sectoral compliance — designed cloud-agnostic so clients run identically on-premise and on AWS. I treat security-by-design and privacy-by-default as first-class constraints, delivering under GDPR, the DPDP Act 2023 (India), the Australian Privacy Act, CCPA, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and RBI mandates as each engagement requires.

My leadership foundation runs from founding security-research firm Varma Security Systems and building Spiderace Technologies (25+ engineers), through serving as COO & Interim CTO at Walkingcoin Payment Network (30-person org). I work across FinTech, Aerospace, Healthcare, Banking & Payments, GovTech, LegalTech, and HRTech.

When I’m not doing IT work, I lead policy reform proposals through the non-profit think tank Ideal Nation (including the Non-Cascading Transaction Tax framework), work on science projects with kids, and spend time with family.
